The 2021 States Organization for Boating Access (SOBA) Education & Training Symposium will take place virtually August 30 -September 1, 2021 . The SOBA Annual Conference brings together state boating officials, consultants, engineering firms, manufacturers, suppliers, publishers and other businesspersons interested in boating access.

SOBA National Awards Program


Nominations period now open!


SOBA is now accepting nominations for its 2021 Awards Program. Some of the awards open for nominations include the William H. Ivers Award, Outstanding Service Award, Professional Service Award and more! This nomination period is open through June 30, 2021.

Recognize the outstanding work of your peers or your state! SOBA’s Awards Program allows you recognize the outstanding achievements of your staff, peers, and the many cooperators and partners you have worked with.
