SOBA’s online registration will be opening soon! SOBA’s 2023 Education & Training Symposium is co-hosted by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, Washington Recreation and Conservation Office, and Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife, August 28 – 31, 2023 in Tacoma, WA.
The SOBA Education & Training Symposium is the largest gathering of professionals and affiliate organization representatives actively engaged in improving and expanding public recreational boating facilities throughout the United States.

* An “invoice later” option is available as a payment option if needed. If you need to pay for multiple registrations at once please register all attendees with the "invoice later" option and contact Sam Lynch with the names the individuals for combined payment.
